Bookkeeping

  • Gather month end books source documents.

  • Match Transaction to bank feed - Categorize into COA - Apply GST or PST if applicable.

  • Match Invoices to transactions - Attach.

  • Connect on missing source documents and information. 

  • Reconcile the accounts.

  • Send balance statement, income statement and cash flow statement. 

Payroll

  • Gather timesheet and any other relevant info.

  • Apply any sick day, holidays or other.

  • Process payroll.

  • CRA tax remit ( if handled by HM) 

  • Send paychecks (by email)

  • Send payroll report.
